Composting Program at the ELE Cafeteria

On Monday, September 15th, ELE students will begin composting their food waste in the cafeteria.  The Food Waste Diversion program is a wonderful way to teach students how to be more environmentally responsible.   CMS and Mecklenburg County Solid Waste expect to have 22 schools involved in the program by 2015!
